Ever wonder which skincare products are essential while traveling? Well, I have a few that are much needed for you to carry along on your next vacay.

1. SUNSCREEN for your face

Whether you are going on a tropical getaway or somewhere cooler for vacation, sunscreen is a must! Not only does sunscreen reduce your risk of getting skin cancer, but it also keeps your complexion even, helps protect your skin from visible premature aging and sooo much more! Gone are the days where you are left with a gooey white cream that takes forever to blend into your skin, only to leave your face with a purple tint/white cast and even worse, to smell like sunscreen all day! Sunscreen for your face has come a long way.

Here are some of my recommendations :

Clarins UV Protection Sunscreen – my everyday sunscreen, super easy to blend, non-greasy, and doesn’t leave a white cast.

Laniege Watery Sun Cream – the newest sunscreen that I’m obsessed with! Sits well under my makeup, no white cast and smells fresh.

2. SUNSCREEN for your body

I remember taking a travel size bottle of sunscreen to Jamaica one year and ended up having to buy one there because I ran out (and got the worse sunburn on my thighs *sigh*, so I always recommend just bringing a full-size bottle. Banana Boat has been a long-time staple and getting the spray bottle is so much more convenient.

3. FACE SHEETS MASKS

Long overnight flight ahead? I use these face sheet masks from Blanc Therapy and FaceTory to keep my face super moisturized. And yes, I am that one person who wears a sheet mask while on the plane after the pilot has turned off the cabin lights ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ …if you happen to see me as you walk to the restroom, just know that my skin will be glowing when we touch down 🙂

4. FACE WASH

This face wash by Cetaphil is my fav! Very gentle and gets the job done.

5. MOISTURIZER

My skin tends to be on the oily side in my t-zone area and somewhat drier everywhere else. So I would say it’s oily to combination and this Aqua Bomb moisturizer works so well with my skin. It dries quickly and leaves no sticky film on my face and it doesn’t leave me extremely oily after a couple of hours.

6. MAKEUP REMOVER WIPES

If there’s one thing that you must get, it’s this! Depending on if you wear makeup or not. But I wear makeup 99% of the time, even if it’s just mascara..its still makeup 🙂 These makeup remover wipes from Aveeno has saved my skin countless times! I remember a friend of mine giving me one, one night and waking up to literal glowing skin! From there I’ve been hooked.

7. MAKEUP BAG

Keeping everything nice and organized will save a ton of time with this pretty printed makeup bag
