Sunflower field

Happy Monday friends! This past weekend, we visited The Berry Farms in Miami and went strawberry picking. If you haven’t been strawberry picking yet, it’s a must!! They’re some of the sweetest strawberries I’ve ever had in my life.

Where Is Berry Farm Located:
Juice & Smoothie bar

The Berry Farm is located at 13720 SW 216th Street
Miami, FL 33170 – We drove from Fort Lauderdale and it took about an hour each way by taking the turnpike. If you choose not to take the turnpike it will take an additional 20 minutes or so, depending on where you are coming from.

How Much Is The Admission Fee:

The fee to enter on the weekdays is $5 for both adults (13 yrs old and up) and kids (3-12 yrs old) – per The Berry Farm website: Dining, Farmer’s Market and Strawberry U-Pick are admission free. Access to the Sunflower Fields, Tractor Rides, Kangaroo Jumper, Corn Pits, Playground & Movies requires admission. Additional purchases completed inside are charged separately from your admission fee.

On the weekends the fee is $7 for adults and $5 for kids. Per The Berry Farm website: All activities are included with your admission. Admission applies even if you are just dining, strawberry picking, and/or shopping at the Farmers Market. Additional purchases completed inside are charged separately from your admission fee.

What To Do:

You can pick your own strawberries and fill up your basket halfway or you can also fill it to the brim (an additional fee applies). And of course, you can take photos! Not sure and doubt professional photography though.

You also have access to the Sunflower Fields, Tractor Rides, Kangaroo Jumper, Corn Pits, Playground & Movies! It’s very kid-friendly and also dog friendly too 🙂 We had a mini photoshoot in the sunflower fields because who doesn’t love sunflowers?! You can also cut the sunflowers and take them home (additional fee applies)

What To Eat & Drink:

We tried the fresh juice and it was so refreshing and delicious! I recommend trying the Watermelon Squeeze, the Berry Citrus, or the Kale Apple Fuel! There are also shot boosts and smoothies to choose from. As for food, there are burgers, hot dogs, wraps, fries, and also brunch items like chicken and waffles and mimosas. A vegan option that they have is Avocado Toast. For dessert, there are milkshakes, ice-cream, shortcakes, Belgian waffles, etc.

Overall, I definitely recommend visiting this farm or any other farm close to you! It was a great experience!
