• Feed the Flamingos at Flamingo Gardens

One of the oldest botanical gardens and attractions in South Florida, Flamingo Gardens has 60 acres of land with more than 3,000 species of rare, tropical, and native plants. Home to permanently injured or nonreleasable Florida native wildlife such as flamingos, otters, bobcats, peacocks, and more.

This outing is perfect for the whole family. You can feed the Flamingos, take a free guided tram tour, watch the otters living their best life in their pool, see the butterfly garden, take a walk through the former owner’s home, grab a bite to eat at the food truck and so much more.

I wrote a blog post about my experience on the Water Taxi and how I went to a restaurant that offered FREE wings by purchasing an entree (the entree price was ONLY $8 and was filling and so delicious!) by showing my water taxi ticket. You can read more about that here.

With this option, you can order from Casa Sensei, which is a Pan Asian restaurant, and enjoy a 90-minute gondola ride.

The price of the gondola ride for the entire boat starts at $249. If you choose to order food from Casa Sensei, that would be an additional amount, as they are two separate companies that are partnering together. Learn more about the gondola ride here.
